Mosby Heritage Area Association

Sponsored by the Mosby Heritage Area Association, the event will be held at Oak Hill, President Monroe's Loudoun County home near Leesburg. On the same day, James Monroe himself – in the person of noted Monroe interpreter Dennis Bigelow – will provide a tour of the Oak Hill gardens, beginning at 4 p.m.
