Four Arrested for Breaking In Ashburn Home
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said the burglary happened just before 1:30 a.m. Friday on the 43290 block of Atherton Street. When deputies arrived on the scene, they found that two televisions and video game system had been taken from the home. The residences were not home at the time of the crime.

Unknown persons entered an unoccupied home at the 11690 block of Dutchmans Creed Rd. in Lovettsville, stealing a washing machine, wood stove, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixtures and a sewage pump.

Playground equipment located near the intersection of Freeport Way and Stukely Dr. in Sterling was damaged by unknown persons.

Unknown persons entered a business at the 42460 block of John Mosby Hwy. in South Riding through a bay door. A vending machine was damaged.

A GPS unit was stolen from an unsecured vehicle at the 18200 block of Cypress Point Ter. In Leesburg.

String of Jewelry Burglaries Continues in South Riding
Between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., unknown subject(s) entered a home in the 25800 block of Commons Square, removing a laptop, jewelry and cash. This is the fourth breaking and entering relating to jewelry theft in Loudoun County, and was the third of its kind in October.

Oct. 25, 4:05 a.m.An unknown subject assaulted someone at a party at the 500 block of N. Sterling Blvd. in Sterling. The victim declined to press charges.
Alleged Dunkin' Donuts Burglar Arrested
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 30 when authorities said Johnnie Christopher Johnson, 22, of Sterling entered a Dunkin' Donuts in the 20780 block of Great Falls Plaza after hours with his shirt tied around his face. He removed cash from one register before leaving the eatery. He then came back inside and took cash from a second register, authorities said.

An unknown subject entered a vehicle near the intersection of Spotswood Rd. and Bickel Ct. in Sterling by damaging a window. They removed a portable CD player from inside.

Deputies responded to the 45400 block of Dulles Crossing Plaza in Sterling for a report of two males shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Tuan M. Nguyen, 22, of South Riding, VA, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, petit larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, obstruction of justice, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest.

Burglary
July 21, 9:05 p.m.
After receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle at a vacant home on Peale Ln. in Leesburg, police stopped Matthew Young, 44, of Woodbridge after he exited the vehicle and entered the garage of the residence. Young was charged with Burglary and Larceny. He is being held on a $2,000 bond.
