Man Wearing Halloween Mask Robs Bank

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said someone donning a Halloween mask held up the BB&T Bank on Davenport Drive in Sterling at gunpoint shortly before 9 a.m. Monday.

The suspect fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Witnesses described the suspect to authorities as a 6-foot male with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black shoes and carrying a walking cane. The mask he was wearing was said to have large, white teeth.
