Vehicle Used in Bank Robbery is Identified

The Leesburg Police Department has identified the vehicle used in Friday's robbery of the BB&T Bank at 7 West Market Street in downtown Leesburg. The suspects were observed leaving the scene in a 1995 BMW 750i bearing the Maryland "Our Farms, Our Future" license plate 6614CA. The vehicle had been reported stolen earlier in Montgomery County, Maryland.

The suspects are described as two black males. One was tall and wore a khaki shirt and a black cap with “NY” on it; the other wore a red shirt, and carried a white bag over his shoulder.
